How to best prepare

​The energy, intention and preparation you bring to the session can enhance the journey and that which you receive from within. As each experience is unique, release any expectations you may have about your session and trust that all will happen as it should.

Clear you mind 

~ by doing something calming and relaxing before your session, which may be a meditation, a relaxing walk or immersing yourself in nature.

Set your intentions

~ to have an interesting experience, to connect with your Higher Self, have an open heart and mind allowing yourself to receive from within.

​Practice visualising

~ by recalling memories in as much detail as you can in the lead up to your session.

Take time to reflect

~ on your life thus far, including its foundations, the significant people within it and the experiences that have shaped you so that you are comfortable and ready to share your life’s journey during your session. ​

Stay nourished

~ eat a light meal before your session. Also bring something to eat post session to help ground and re~centre yourself  before departing.

​Prepare your questions

~ what would you like to ask your Higher Self? People are drawn to have a QHHT session for many reasons and some questions asked involve:

•   one's life purpose

•   clarity on a current personal situation

•   help in navigating and understanding relationships

•   healing for discomfort or illness

•   interesting experiences one would like clarity on

•   guidance around breaking an addiction or habit 

•   expansion of ones consciousness or spirituality

Try to have no more than 10 questions to allow adequate time to receive in~depth answers. 

 

Please avoid

~ caffeine, drugs and alcohol the night before and the morning of the session, allowing for a clear and true experience.

 

Your sessions is confidential

~ as such the presence of others is not allowed. You may share your experience as you desire afterwards.

 

Your session will be recored

~ listen to your recording post session as much as you can to gain greater further understanding and healing from the insights revealed.
